We aim to serve customers internationally where delivery is available at checkout. We cannot ship to every destination. Available countries, delivery methods, estimated dates and charges must be confirmed before placing an order. No delivery method shown means we cannot currently accept an order for that destination.

Dispatch and delivery

Product-specific processing and dispatch estimates will be displayed before purchase. Delivery times are estimates unless a guaranteed date is expressly agreed. International customs inspections, holidays and carrier disruptions may cause delays. Please contact us if an agreed delivery date is missed. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Shipping fees and import charges

Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Unless checkout expressly states that duties and taxes are prepaid, the recipient may need to pay import duties, taxes, customs processing and brokerage charges assessed by their destination country. We do not control these charges. Any legally required tax disclosures will be made before purchase.

Problems in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, is missing or is delayed, contact us with your order details. Your legal rights, including rights concerning delivery and goods damaged in transit, remain unaffected.
