UK online cancellation rights

For most eligible online goods purchases by UK consumers, you may cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. You then generally have a further 14 days to return the goods. Certain exceptions apply, including goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. These exceptions do not remove statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.

International customers

Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence may apply. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where no mandatory cancellation right applies, please contact us before returning a change-of-mind purchase; any voluntary return arrangement must be agreed in writing.

Return shipping and customs

For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer pays direct return postage where properly disclosed before purchase. For faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, we will provide the remedy and cover reasonable return costs as required by applicable law. International customers should retain tracking and customs documentation.

Refund timing

For applicable UK statutory cancellations, refunds include the eligible product price and basic outbound delivery charge, and are made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence they were sent back, whichever is earlier. Refunds are normally made to the original payment method. Deductions for excessive handling may apply where legally permitted.
