Worldwide Shipping & Delivery

Kirsty’s Creations is based in Canterbury, United Kingdom, and welcomes international customers. We can ship only to countries and regions for which a delivery option is offered at checkout. Availability is not guaranteed for every destination or product.

Where we ship

Eligible destinations are displayed at checkout after you enter your delivery address. We may be unable to deliver to certain countries, remote areas, PO boxes or destinations affected by carrier or customs restrictions. If no shipping option appears, please contact us before placing an order.

Processing and delivery estimates

Product preparation and dispatch times depend on the item and whether it is personalised. The available delivery service, shipping cost and any available delivery estimate will be shown before you place your order, or clearly confirmed with you before payment. International delivery can take longer due to customs processing, local delivery services and events beyond our control. Any estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed. For UK consumers, statutory delivery rights continue to apply, including delivery within 30 days unless another period is agreed.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated according to the delivery address and available service and are shown at checkout before payment. We do not promise free international delivery or a fixed worldwide rate. Any free-shipping promotion applies only when expressly displayed and eligible at checkout.

Import duties, taxes and customs

International shipments may be subject to import VAT/GST, customs duties, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout expressly states that duties and import taxes are prepaid or included, these charges may be collected from the recipient by customs or the carrier and are the customer’s responsibility to the extent permitted by applicable law. We will not deliberately misdeclare the value or contents of shipments. Please check your local import requirements before ordering.

Tracking, delays and lost parcels

Tracking is supplied where the selected shipping service supports it. Contact us if a parcel is delayed, damaged or appears lost. We will investigate with the carrier and provide remedies required by applicable consumer law. Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights or our responsibility for delivery where the law places that responsibility on us.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully before ordering. If an address needs correction, contact us promptly; changes may not be possible after dispatch. Any additional charges will be handled in accordance with applicable law and disclosed terms.
